LAWYERS SPONSOR BADSHOT LEA YOUTH AND COLTS

Despite the current economic climate, Surrey firm TWM Solicitors LLP is continuing with its corporate responsibility initiatives involving the sponsorship of youth sport in the local area. At the annual Badshot Lea Football Club presentation day on Bank Holiday Monday, when all members of the club are recognised for their achievement during the football season, family lawyer and Principal in TWM Solicitors LLP, Karin Walker, was proud to present Olli Brown with the TWM Solicitors’ award for commitment to a team sport.

The club provides an opportunity for boys in the Badshot Lea and Farnham area to become involved in football from the age of six and understand the importance of becoming a team player.

TWM Solicitors support a number of youth sports in the Surrey and Hampshire area including football, cricket and hockey. “This is part of the programme which we hope to extend over the next few years” said Karin Walker. The firm also supports fitness activities within its staff having an active running club. Members of the club are taking part in an event in June to raise money for local Surrey hospices including Phyllis Tuckwell.
